Message from the President

Forging the Future, Together

As of 2026, Japan's healthcare industry stands at a major crossroads.

The environment surrounding medicine is shifting dramatically — driven by growing demand for medical and long-term care amid a declining and aging population, persistent workforce shortages, and the urgent need to embrace digital transformation.
In the midst of these changes, I believe we are living in an era that calls us to ask, once again, what it truly means to be an organization that values people.

J-Fort K.K. is proud to be entering its eighth year in 2026, and we are deeply grateful for the support that has made this possible.

I entered the healthcare industry at the age of 25 and have been part of it for nearly 30 years.
Throughout my time leading two healthcare-related companies, one principle has always guided me: to build a company where every single employee can take pride in their work.

I have long envisioned an organization where people find genuine meaning in what they do, grow by supporting one another, and where that growth, accumulated over time, brings happiness to the company and to their families.

At the same time, I have witnessed many situations where profit and position took precedence, and the focus on people — the very thing that should matter most — was lost.

It is precisely because of those experiences that I founded J-Fort K.K. — together with colleagues who share the same values and the same direction, united by a commitment to putting people first.

In the early days, there were many uncertainties. But thanks to the unwavering support of our team members, business partners, and all those connected to us, we have been able to keep moving forward.
I am truly and deeply grateful.

There is a word I hold dear: listening.
To turn toward others, to understand their position, and to engage with them with sincerity.
I believe this is the foundation upon which a strong organization is built.

There is another word equally important to me:
resolve.

To me, resolve means choosing the path I believe in and taking full responsibility for the outcome.
It means facing difficulties head-on rather than turning away, and staying true to one's convictions as a person.

Going forward, I will continue to build a company rooted in trust between people, guided always by the principles of listening and resolve.

I cherish every connection I share with those who join us in shaping the future. And I am committed to moving forward, one step at a time.

We look forward to your continued support of J-Fort K.K.
